    2 tablespoons canola oil
    2 cups mini marshmallows
    3 cups kashi go lean cereal
    3 oz soy protein powder


Melt marshmallows and canola oil in large saucepan over low heat. Stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
Stir Kashi cereal until well coated. Press into 9x9 pan.
Allow mixture to cool. Cut into 6 bars.

  • Very hard once cooled but holds together better than most homemade protein bars. Tastes good too. I recommend heating for 20 seconds in the microwave though for softer eating. - 6/1/09
