    1 c. Homemade pancake mix(see my recipes for this)
    3/4 c skim milk
    1 egg
    1/4c whole flax seeds
    1C blueberries


Mix all ingredients except blueberries.
Pour mix by 1/4c onto sprayed griddle. Sprinkle a few blueberries after pouring on griddle. Flip when bubbles begin to appear.
