    3 cups flour
    3 eggs
    3 cups 2% milk
    1.5 tsp salt
    4.5 tsp baking powder


Mix all dry ingredients together. Add eggs. Slowly add milk to thin the batter.

Use Cooking spray to coat griddle. Pour circles of batter to make pancakes.

Pour batter into a waffle iron to make waffles. It usually takes 3/4 cup batter to make a waffle.

1/4 cup of the batter is a serving.

  • Found the recipe a little sticky, and it sunk a little after cooked. However, it was VERY filling and would work well as a pancake batter (I used it as a waffle batter). - 1/5/10
