Number of Servings: 80


    Tamarinds, 1 cup, pulp
    Brown Sugar, 3 cup, packed
    Water, tap, 2 cup
    litly tosted Cumin seed crushed
    Black Salt, 1 tsp
    Chili powder, 1 tsp


Combine water,tamarind pulp and brown sugar and let it boil for 5 minutes. Remove from stove and let it cool then add salt, cumin seeds and chilli powder. You can save this in fridge for a long time.
