    1 bag mixed frozen vegtables
    14 oz stew meat
    2 cans diced tomatoes garlic
    3/4 cup barley
    1 cup onion chopped
    1 cup carrots chopped
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp thyme
    2 cans beef broth
    2 small potatoe chopped

    you can used fresh vegetables instead of frozen in this too.


But all ingredients in a crock pot and cook 8-9 hours on low. Nice meal for the winter time or fall
