    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 650 grams (remove)
    * *Flour, white, 0.25 cup (remove)
    * Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
    * *Leeks, (bulb and lower leaf-portion), cooked, boiled, drained, with salt, 1 leek (remove)
    * Bacon, 4 medium slices, cooked (raw product (remove)
    * Carrots, raw, 1 carrot (7-1/2") (remove)
    * Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
    * Chicken stock, home-prepared, 2.25 cup (remove)
    * Sage, ground, 1 tsp (remove)


Oven - 180 C fan forced
toss chicken in flour. Heat oil in large frying pan over moderate heat. coll and turn chicken until brown. Transfer to deep 8-cup casserole with lid.
Add leek, bacon and carrot to pan; cook for 4-5 minutes or until brown. Stir in garlic and reserved flour. gradually add stock until thickened. Stir in sage. Pour over chicken, cover. Bake for 40 minutes.
