Introduction

Ingredients

    White Rice, long grain, 6 cup
    Beef, round steak, 32 oz
    Potato, raw, 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    Onions, raw, 1 large
    Flour, white, .50 cup
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp(if desired)
    green beans, 1 can
    water, 6 or more cups, has to cover the food, I fill the crock pot up.

Directions

cut beef into chunks, brown if desired, chop up potatos(with skins on) carrots, celery, onions into nice chunks (sized to how you like them) add veggies to crock pot, cover with meat, add seasoning (and any you want to add, I also add italian seasoning, no calories or anything) fill up crock pot with water (make sure to be covering all the food) add flour to cup of water, stir till blended add to crock pot, stir, turn on before work on low, come home about 8 or even 9 hours latter, add green beans,make rice, makes approximately 1 cup of stew and 1/2 cup of rice per serving and makes 12 servings (we eat a serving for lunch and a serving for dinner)
