    1 tsp olive oil
    1 red bell pepper, cut in strips
    2 green onions
    1 cup broccoli
    3 oz beef, cut in strips
    1 tbsp mustard
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    2 tbsp vinegar
    3 cups torn lettuce


Stir fry the pepper slices til al dente. Remove from pan. Microwave or saute broccoli til al dente. Saute beef strips (add a bit of oil of necessary). Add a dash of crushed red pepper flakes. Reduce heat and add the vegetables to the beef. Add green onions, toss and heat. Mix the mustard, soy sauce, and vinegar together, add to mixture, toss til heated through. Dump onto shredded lettuce and toss.
Serves 1 large serving
