    2 cups fat free chicken broth
    1-1/2 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
    1 tsp grated ginger
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1-1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
    1-1/2 cup cabbage, cut in wedges
    1 cup cooked linguine or fresh udon noodles
    1 cup sliced green onions
    1 cup baby spinach leaves
    ground black pepper to taste


In a large pot, combine broth, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, mushrooms, and cabbage. Cover. Bring to boil; simmer until mushrooms are soft, about 5 minutes. Stir in noodles, green onions and spinach. Simmer til greens are wilted, about 2 minutes. Season
