Ingredients
-
6 medium to large peaches
1/2 Cup plus 2 Tbs. Brown Sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 Cup raisins
2/3 Cup old-fashioned oats
1/2 Cup Bisquick or other baking mix
1/4 Cup Butter
Directions
Peel and slice 6 medium peaches. Combine with 1 tsp. cinnamon, 2 tablespoons brown sugar and raisins in ungreased 8x8x2 square baking dish. In a separate bowl combine oats, bisquick, remaining brown sugar and cinnamon, and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over peaches. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until peaches are tender and topping is golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
Hint: for peeling peaches easily bring a large pot of water to a boil. Gently place peaches in boiling water for about 30 seconds. Remove and place immediately into ice water to stop peaches from cooking. Once cool to touch, skin will peel away easily.
