    1 Tbsp butter
    1 medium onion chopped
    2 large carrots chopped
    2 stalks celery chopped
    4 cups chicken broth
    1 package turkey meatballs
    1 tsp thyme
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 cup uncooked egg noodles
    1/4 cup chopped parsley


Saute onions, carrots, and celery in butter for 5 minutes. Add broth, meatballs, thyme, and Worcestershire sauce and simmer, covered for 15 minutes. Add noodles and cook for 5 more minutes until noodles are tender. Stir in parsley and serve. Makes 5 servings.

  • this was a great recipe. I switched it up a little by also adding a can of crushed tomatoes and then some cilantro. I also bought at sam's club some sundried tomato turkey meatballs. - 1/12/09
