Introduction

Very simple chicken and rice casserole - flavored with curry. Very simple chicken and rice casserole - flavored with curry.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 cups cooked rice
    1 can (4.5 oz) canned chicken
    1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup
    2 tbsp curry
    1 cup shredded cheese

Directions

1. Cook rice.
2. Mix together cream of chicken, canned chicken (drained) and curry.
3. Layer in 9" square baking dish - rice, chicken mixture, cheese - then another layer of rice, chicken mixture, and cheese.
4. Bake at 375* for about 30 minutes.

    This is delicious. I would definitely make it again. I added a bit of water and microwaved on high for 5 minutes since I had leftover rice prepared from the day before. - 3/7/11
