    1lb Round Steak (cut into strips)
    1 envelope of OXO or 1 cup of beef stock
    1/2 tsp ground ginger
    1 tsp minced garlic (2 cloves)
    2 tbsp vegetable oil
    1 can of mushrooms (or equivalent in fresh)
    1 cup of Frozen Asian style vegetables
    2 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)
    lots of pepper (to taste)
