    Water, tap, 1 fl oz
    Green, red, and yellow Peppers 1/4 C
    Onions, raw, 3 tbsp chopped
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 oz
    Egg, fresh, 6 medium
    White Bread, 6 slice
    Bacon, 2 medium slices, cooked


Whip eggs and water together, add all ingredients except bread, mix. Put in sprayed muffin pan to 3/4 full. Cube bread and add a few cubes to each muffin. Bake 375 for 25-30 minutes. Freeze and take to go.
