    * Spinach, fresh, 3 cup
    * Garlic, 1 clove sliced
    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    * plum tomato, 1 sliced
    * Egg, fresh, 1 medium
    * Creamer, Non-Dairy, 2 tbsp


brown garlic in olive oil. Add spinach and cook till wilted. Add tomatoes. Scramble egg with creamer and add to pan. Cook till egg is done.
