Introduction

Ingredients

    1 1/2 Cup crushed Reduced Fat chocolate sandwich cookie s (about 15 cookies)
    2 tablespoons light butter (melted)
    1 12 oz package (2 cups) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    16 ozs fat free cream cheese (2-8 oz pkgs)
    1/4 cup Splenda for baking
    1 tablespoon vanilla extract
    1/2 cup egg substitute
    2 tablespoons flour
    3/4 cup fat free evaporated milk
    1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream

Directions

Heat oven to 300

Put together Crust:
Combine cookie crumbs and melted butter until moist then press onto bottom of UNGREASED springform pan (9"). Sprink 1 cup of morsels on top of crust.
Put together Filling:
Beat cream cheese, Splenda and vanilla until smooth. Beat in egg subsitute and flour then gradually add in evaporated milk and sour cream. Pour over crust and sprinkle with reamining (1 cup) morsels.

Bake for 25 minutes; cover loosely with foil then bake for an additional 25 to 30 minutes until edge is set but center still moves slightly. Place in fridge immediately - keep in until firm (about 2 hours). Remove side of springform pan.

If you do not have a springform pan, you can use a 13 x 9 pan - Bake for 20 minutes; cover loosley with foil and bake an additional 20 to 30 minutes.
