Ingredients

    Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast (4oz)
    Low-Sodium Tomato Sauce (8oz)
    Low Fat Dry Milk (1/3 envelope)
    Couscous (2 cups, prepared)
    Fresh Green Beans
    Garlic Powder
    Salt Substitute
    Ground Black Pepper
    Paprika
    Dried Rosemary
    Dried Oregano
    Fresh Rosemary
    Fresh oregano

Directions

In a large sheet of plastic wrap, hammer chicken breast to about 1/2-inch thickness.

Make chicken dry-rub with 1-Tbsp each of garlic powder, salt substitute, ground black pepper, dried rosemary, dried oregano and a pinch of paprika (adjust to taste).

Grill chicken about 10 minutes on first side, 5 minutes on second, until done.

In a saucepan, mix low-sodium tomato sauce with dry milk and 1-Tbsp each of garlic powder, salt substitute, fresh oregano, and fresh rosemary.

Prepare couscous according to package instructions.

Steam green beans with dried garlic chips about 10 minutes, until done.

Place grilled chicken over couscous and drizzle with tomato sauce. Serve with steamed beans. Garnish with lemon slice and fresh sprig of rosemary.
