    1 can of garbanzo (chickpeas) beans
    1 can of baby corn (not in the nutrition list)
    1 can of black olives
    1/2 red bell pepper chopped
    1/2 green bell pepper chopped (optional)
    Avocado (optional not in the nutritional info)
    1 can of sliced hearts of palm
    Italian Dressing


Drain all the liquid from the cans.
Mix ingredients.
Add Italian Dressing over the mess.

Really yummy and healthy!
