Introduction

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 7oz. pouch of salmon
    3/4 to 1 Cup crushed lowfat Ritz crackers
    1 Tb. lemon juice
    dried or fresh dillweed to taste
    pinch of salt
    1 egg
    add diced onion if you like

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. ( I just use my hands to squish together.) Once you've got it together, form some into burgers.

Fry on a skillet sprayed with oil, over a medium heat. Brown on each side. Serves 4 or 5 people.
