    1 lb of boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 cup of celery
    1 cup onions
    3 cloves garlic
    1 can mushrooms((drained)
    1 can bamboo shoots(drained)
    1 can water chestnutsdrained)
    3 tablespoons soy sauce
    2 cans chicken broth
    2 pkg chicken bouillon w/6 oz water each pkg
    1 tablespoon cooking sherry
    1/4 cup cornstartch


cut chicken up in small pieces and set aside.
Stir celery and onions in a little canola oil add garlic until transparent. Add mushrooms, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, soy sauce, chicken broth,cooking sherry. heat on low.
Stir -fry chicken pieces in very little canola oil. until cooked. add to rest of ingredients. Mix cornstartch and little water to make paste...add and heat until boils and thick. serve over rice. makes 6-1 cup servings
