    - 1 Whole wheat (low carb) tortilla
    - 2.5 ounces (half can) Albacore Tuna
    - 1 T Salsa
    - 1 T Fat free sour cream
    - .5 slice of (2% Sharp) Cheddar Cheese


Mix together tuna and salsa.
Stick tortilla in microwave for 30 seconds.
Put tuna mixture onto tortilla and place cheese slice over tuna.
Stick back in microwave for another minute.
spoon sour cream over cheese and wrap up burrito.
Cut in half.
Enough for 2 Servings.
