    mangos, evaporated milk, sugar, gelatin, hot water


Stir together two packets gelatin and sugar, add one cup hot water. Puree mangoes (should make 3 cups) and add 12oz can evaporated milk (I used nonfat) and gelatin mixture. Put in any container you like and refrigerate for at least three hours - enjoy!

    This was fantastic! I did it in two stages; the first was pureeing and straining the mangoes. I froze the puree in a shallow container. Then I made the gelatin/milk fluff and added the mango "ice cubes" using the food processor. It took very little time to "gel". - 1/28/09

  • This sounds interesting!
    I LOVE mangos and will have to try - If you are able to find frozen mango chunks, this is the best way to get more "bang" your buck and they test just as good!
