Fresh tasting and lots of taste, this salsa is a crowd pleaser Fresh tasting and lots of taste, this salsa is a crowd pleaser
Number of Servings: 10


    15 oz. black beans, rinsed and drained
    8 oz. can of white shoepeg corn, drained
    1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
    1/2 red onion, chopped
    1/8 cup chopped fresh cilantro (20 grams)
    2 tbsps fresh lime juice
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar (or more to has no calories or fat or knock yourself out!)
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper


Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and garnish with sprigs of cilantro. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips! Yummy!
