Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    6 oz Spiral Pasta

    2 tbsp Butter

    2 tbsp Flour

    1/2 tsp Mustard

    1/4 tps Black Pepper

    2 cups Non-fat Milk

    1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

    2 cups (16oz) Diced Turkey Ham


Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.

Cook pasta following package directions; drain.

Cook cauliflower just until tender.

In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter; blend in flour, salt, prepared mustard, and pepper. Stir until smooth and bubbly. Gradually add milk, stirring until thickened; remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted.
In an 8-inch square baking dish, arrange noodles and ham; pour cheese sauce over all. Arrange the cauliflower over the top, pressing down a bit.

Bake ham casserole for about 15 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.

Ham casserole serves 4.

    Bland, unclear directions, & there were some ingredients that were in the directions that weren't on the ingredient list. There were also some low-fat alternatives that could've been used. Also, if this serves 4, the portion sizes are HUGE! This should serve at least 6 - 5/19/11
