A great tasting dish but high in fat. A great tasting dish but high in fat.
Number of Servings: 6


    ! !/2 pounds 93% lean Ground beef
    1/3 cup bread crumbs
    1 beaten egg
    1/3 cup milk
    2 tsp instant onion
    3/4 tsp worchestershire sauce
    3/4 tsp seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    3/4 tsp thyme
    1 1/2 tsp parsley flakes

    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz cream cheese, cubed
    1/2 cup water


Mix first 10 ingredients. Form into 36 meatballs. Brown in small amount of oil or in a non stick skillet. Blend cheese, water and soup in blender. Pour over meatballs and simmer about 15 minutes. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.

You can cut the calories and fat with light cream cheese.
