    1 cup orange juice, no sugar added
    1/2 cup dried apricots
    1/2 cup dried, pitted prunes
    1.5 oz. box raisins
    1/4 cup Splenda


Mix all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil on med. high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour, or until all fruit is tender, and prunes are beginning to fall apart. Serve with cereal for breakfast, or add to yogurt, or cottage cheese, or eat with toast or a bagel. Serves 4.
