    Steak, onion, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, tomato, sweet red bell peppers, and red wine vinegar.


Chop the onion and garlic set aside. Chop the other vegetables and place in small bowl for holding. Then slice the steak into thin strips then halve the strips (this helps it cook quick). Place 1 tbsp. sesame oil in a large skillet, sautee the onion and garlic until the onion is clear about 3-5 minutes over med-high heat. Dump in the steak and 2 tbsp each red wine vinegar and soy sauce, mix together with the onion and garlic. Cook for about 3 minutes then add the vegetables and cook for another 2, just to warm the veggies up. Serve with a side salad or rice if you choose.
