    1 cup cubed potato
    2 stalks of celery diced
    1 large onion diced
    2 med carrots diced
    1 cup mushrooms sliced
    3 tbsp of oil (optional)
    2 lbs of pork, beef or chicken cubed
    1 package of golden curry


heat oil in large pot, brown pork,beef, or chicken. add onions and cook until somewhat transparent.
add rest of veggies. there will be a little bit of water already but add another 1/2 a cup to a cup more of water. let boil for 10 to 15 minutes. add the package of golden curry and stir and simmer for another 5 minutes or until all veggies are at desired tenderness. oil not included in nutritional info.
