    2 cups GF Flour Mix
    2 tablespoons ground flax seed
    1 tablespoon xantham gum
    3 teaspoons cinnamon
    1/2 cup sugar in the raw
    3 eggs
    3 tablespoons oil
    1 1/2 cups water

    Mix and cook on pancake griddle till done.

    Makes about 14 pancakes.
