Ingredients

    1-lb dry navy beans sorted and washed
    1-ham steak
    3-15oz cans tomatoes
    1-cup onion chopped
    2-stalks-celery chopped
    1-carrot shredded
    1-15oz can white corn[i use shoepeg]
    1/2 pkg annies flat dumplings[i use homemade] to be added after beans are done

Directions

in 5qt pot fill 1/2 with water salt and pepper to taste add beans,onion,carrot,celery,tomato cook for approx 1 hr add corn cook until beans are done add dumpling for per pkg
you can add ham
