Introduction

A tangy, light vinaigrette! A tangy, light vinaigrette!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    juice of 1 lime
    1/4c canola oil
    1/4c rice vinegar
    2T water
    2t honey
    1t chili powder
    1/2t garlic powder
    1/2t oregano
    1/2t salt
    1/2t black pepper
    1/8t cayenne (or more)


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a jar or cruet and shake well. Allow to stand for at least 30 minutes. Shake well before serving. Makes 6-8 servings.

Serve over a salad of shredded lettuce, black beans, sweet corn, shredded leftover chicken breast and salsa.
