Ingredients

    2 - 5 oz cans of tuna in water - drained
    16 oz cooked pasta - al dente,
    1 bunch of broccoli - chopped
    12 baby carrots - chopped
    20 cherry tomatoes -halved
    1 oz parmesan cheese
    1/3 cup fat free italian dressing
    1/4 cup canola oil

Directions

Rinse pasta in cold water for 5 minutes after cooking to cool and remove excess starch. Combine remaining ingredients with pasta. Chill for 1 hour. Makes 8 servings.
