    1 lb ground venison (or beef)
    1 10 oz can of diced tomatoes w/green chilies
    1 cup fat free cheddar
    1 cup 1% milk
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    4 cloves garlic
    1 tbs basil ( I used fresh)
    1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
    3/4 cup sliced mushrooms
    4 egg whites


Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray pie plate with non-stick cooking spray.
In a skillet cook venison, onion, garlic and mushrooms until meat is cooked through. Stir in spices, can of tomatoes and pickles. Pour into pie plate and evenly sprinkle on cheese. In a bowl mix together biquick, egg whites and milk. Whisk util well blended then pour over meat and cheese mixture. Cover and cook about 25-30 minutes. If you want it a little crisp on top uncover for the last 5 minutes.
