Introduction

Ingredients

    1 medium banana
    3 eggs
    1.5 C sugar
    1C applesauce (unsweetened)
    1.5 cups zucchini shredded
    1.5 C ww flour
    1.5 C all purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp salt
    1 C walnuts
    1 C raisins

Directions

Preheat oven to 350, use pam or bakers secret to spray bundt pan.
Mash banana, chop zucchini and walnuts individually and set aside. Sift flours, soda, powder, cinnamon and salt in medium bowl.

In large bowl, beat eggs, blend in sugar slowly, add applesauce, blending well, beat one minute. Add banana and zucchini, mixing well. Slowly add flour mixture, mixing after each addition. Stir in Walnuts and Raisins. pour into bundt pan and bake 1 hour or until tester comes out clean.
Cool 20 minutes. Invert onto serving platter.
Makes 24 servings 212 calories, 6 grams fat.
