    5 hard boiled eggs
    1 c. egg beaters
    1/2 t. Grey Poupon Mustard
    1/8 t. each salt and pepper
    1/4 t. horseradish
    3 T. Fat Free Miracle Whip
    1/2 t. vinegar
    Sweet pickle relish(optional)


Scramble egg substitue and let cool. Add cooled scrambled eggs and all remaing ingredients (except paprika) to food processor. Process until smooth. Cut boiled eggs in half and discard to yolks. Fill egg halves with mix. Top with paprika. Chill.
