    1 cup Great Value Vanilla Soymilk
    1/4 fresh banana
    1 Fit and Active Triple Berry Blend (blackbery, Raspberry, blueberry) -Frozen
    1 tbsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp cinnamon
    2 tbsp flax seeds


Blend to desired to taste. I like thick. If you don't prefer it thick you could add a little water or more soymilk.
