    3 each chicken breast
    2 1/2 tablespoon Goya Mojo Marinade
    1/4 each Onion, Red finely chopped
    3 tablespoon cilantro, fresh finely chopped
    1 tablespoon lime juice


To Prepare for Group:
1. Combine chicken and Mojo in a bag.
2. Combine onion and cilantro in a small ziploc and place inside chicken bag.
3. Freeze flat.

Cooking Day:
1. Thaw chicken, remove from bag & pat dry.
2. Heat oil in nonstick skillet over med -high heat.
3. Add chicken and cook 4 min on each side or until done.
4. Drizzle each breast with lime juice; top with 2 tbs of onion mixture.
5. Serve w/ lime wedges if desired.
