    1/2 c milk
    1/4 c sour cream (fat free)
    1 banana, mashed
    1/2 c pumpkin, canned
    1/4 c splenda
    2 T canola oil
    1 c crushed fiber one cereal
    Mix wet ingredients, add cereal and let sit 5 min.

    Mix dry ingredients:

    1 cup flour
    1/2 c quick oats
    1/4 c splenda
    1 T baking powder
    1/2 T cinnamon
    1/4 t salt


Add dry ingredients to wet mixture and beat until just mixed. Add 1 cup blueberries.

Bake for 20-22 min at 400.
