Introduction

This is definitely a no sugar jam so if you want to add some honey (3/4-1 cup) or sugar 0-3 cups or other sweetener you can, but I added nothing but fruit, juice and the pectin. It did come out a bit on the not sweet side, even for me, but oh well, I'll alter it next time. Maybe I'll try a different juice. I actually used a blueberry pommegranate juice so maybe I will use the apple which is suggested. This made 6- 8 oz jars. Serving size is 1 tablespoon. Ingredients

-3 C crushed blueberries Fresh (about 2.5 pints) I used the food processor, but the square potato masher might work also
    -1T lemon juice
1 3/4 C unsweetened white grape or apple juice
****Have some sweetener/sugar/honey ready incase the sweetness is not to your liking, because you will need to add it right away. Mine thickened quickly.

Directions

GRADUALLY ADD the ruit pectin bag into the fruit juice and lemon juice until dissolved. Bring to a boil that cannot be stirred down , over med/high heat, stirring frequently. Boil hard for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

IMMEDIATELY ADD prepared fruit into hot pectin mixture. Stir vigorously for 1 minute. Stir in your sugar or sweetener if desired. (I would taste it and see if it's too your liking.)

LADLE OR POUR IF YOUR CONTAINER IS SUITABLE into 8 oz freezer suitable jars/containers leaving 1/2 in. on the top for expansion. Apply caps and let sit in the fridge for up to, but no longer than 24 hrs until set.

You can store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks or freeze for up to 1 year.

Enjoy!!
