Introduction
A filling, fast, and slimming take on a traditional breakfast samdwich. The whole wheat english muffin provides fiber and complex carbs. The egg beaters and turkey provides lots of protein and little fat ( and the natural turkey is preservative free). The salsa provides flavor that is low in calories!To make it even lighter (save aprox 60cals) use 1 slice light wheat bread instead of the muffin and eat it open-faced style! 1 Serving Natural Turkey Breast Lunch Meat
1 Tbl Salsa
1/4 cup egg beaters
pinch of pepper
Directions
1. Pop the english muffin into your toaster at desired setting!
2. Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray and cook (to scrambled) 1/4c of egg beaters with pepper to taste.
3. lay turkey onto toasted muffin half.
4. Top with cooked egg and salsa and the other muffin half.
Makes 1 serving.
