    3 cups of Telma bran flakes
    1 cup boiling water
    2 egg whites
    0.5 cup applesauce
    1 cup nonfat milk
    1 cup water
    0.75 cup splenda
    0.25 cup brown sugar
    2 tsp soda
    dash of salt
    2.5 cup whole wheat flour


1 cup flakes sits in 1 cup of boiling water
mix all the other ingredients together
and then add the flakes on the side

preheat oven- 135
seriving size- about 0.25 cup
