Introduction

Good for breakfast, as part of brunch, or dessert. Also tasty made with other types of fruit - apples, blackberries, blueberries, etc. Basically, you need a cup of fruit. Really good with vanilla ice cream, if you can afford the calories.

If you're a vegan, use a teaspoon of canola oil instead of the butter. It works.

    Very Good
I made a spin off of this using granny smith apples, dried cranberries and nectarines, it was delish on top of ice cream for dessert and even better for breakfast the next morning (no ice cream of course). - 8/19/08
