    10 small white potatos cut into thin slices
    2 cups FF milk
    1 stick lite Parkay marg.
    3 tbsp flour
    salt and pepper to taste


Cut potatos into thin slices. Layer potatos then sprinkle with 1 tbsp flour and salt and pepper. Make 3 layers and then pour milk in at corner.
Place in oven and cook until potatos are tender and top is bubbly and golden brown,

  • when do you put the parkay? do you put it in the corners or layer it? and also what temp im going to try it @ 350 also im going to add thin sliced onion in the layers will let ya know if its good... i have high hopes - 3/18/09
