    1.5 lbs. steamed shrimp, shelled and cut into chunks.
    1/2 C.chopped celery
    1/4 C chopped onion
    1/4 C. non-fat mayo
    Old Bay Seasoning to taste, 2 tsp.

Directions

Mix everything. Chill.

    I've made this shrimp salad but left out the Old Bay, which I think is a great addition. I used a tblspn of capers which adds 5 calories & 85 mg of sodium. Next time I will make this with the Old Bay. - 4/12/09
