Introduction

Ingredients

    Heavy Cream, 2 cups
    Peanut butter (natural), 1/2 cup
    granulated sugar, 1/2 cup
    salt, pinch
    Dutch process cocoa powder, unsweetened, 1/4 cup

Directions

Whisk cream, cocoa, salt & sugar in a saucepan over med-high heat. Heat until it boils rapidly & begin frothing. Remove from heat and whisk in peanut butter. Let mix chill in refridgerator.

Before churning in your ice cream amker, whisk mixture to fully incorporate all ingredients.

Yields about 1 quart, 8 half-cup servings. 1/4 cup serving is actually plenty!
