Ingredients


    Mexican meat mixture (my recipe)
    1 cup prepared corn meal 1/4 cup dry
    1 1/2 cups fat free refried beans
    aprox 4.5 oz of cheddar reduced or fat free
    I found mine in a health food store, its an almond cheese, melts great, tastes good

Directions

Cook polenta as per package directions, place in bottom of sprayed pan, I use pam. Layer on
refried beans next followed by meat mixture then
topped with cheese. Place in reheated oven at
350 degrees, cook till cheese is melted and mixture is bubbly
