Ingredients

    Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream, 1 cup(remove)
    Stew beef, eye of round, 1.5 lbs
    Cider Vinegar, 3/4 cup
    Red Wine, 3/4 cup
    Brown Sugar, 2 Tbsp.
    Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp or 1 packet
    Yellow Onions, raw, 3 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Pepper corns, 1 tsp
    Whole Cloves, 4
    Bay Leaf, 2
    Nabisco, Ginger snaps, 12 cookies crumbled

Directions

Combine ingredients in a crock pot and slow cook for 8 to 10 hours. note that you my need to add water to cover ingredients.

Separately, combine sour cream with 1 cup of broth and ginger snaps in a sauce pan and heat on low until hot. Do not boil.
