Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Single Serving Package of
    Alaska Pollock Fillet - Buehler's Buylow - $1.29
    Summer Squash - Fresh
    Zucchini - Fresh
    Mrs. Dash - Original Blend
    1 Large Ziploc - Zip'n Steam Bag

Directions

Wash & Slice fresh squash and zucchini into thin pieces. Into a Large Ziploc - Zip'n Steam bag add the sliced squash & zucchini. Place the Alaska Pollock Fillet on top. Throw in a dash of Mrs. Dash for flavoring.
Seal bag and Microwave for approx. 6 to 8 minutes. Depending on taste. This is with the fish frozen.
Plate up and enjoy! 1 serving!
Great Quick Meal that is easy to do. You can alter the recipe to add what ever vegetable that you like most. This makes a great quick meal that can be fixed at work.

Note: You may want to get a air freshener for work. There is a fish smell when you take it out of the bag. I just keep a can handy in the cabinet at work and spray it after I have plated it up. Helps to keep other co-workers happy!
