Introduction
Delicious low-fat healthy version of hot wing pizza. Delicious low-fat healthy version of hot wing pizza.Number of Servings: 8
Ingredients

2 chicken breast
cayenne pepper
1 T olive oil
1/4 cup red hot sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup non fat butter spray
1 roll pizza crust dough
1 cup part skim mozzarella cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 450.
Cut chicken breast up into small pieces with kitchen shears. Cook in a pan with 1 T of olive oil. When done, sprinkle with cayenne pepper (about 1 Tablespoon).
In seperate bowl, mix hot sauce, garlic powder, and fat free butter. (you can substitue with 1/2 cup of fat free wing sauce if it is available in your area) Toss chicken into sauce.
Roll out canned pizza crust onto a prepared baking pan (spray with 3 seconds of non-stick). Pour chicken mixture over top. Sprinkle with mozerella cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crust is golden on edges and cheese is melted in the middle.
This is good with salad with fat free blue cheese dressing.
