    Smoked Salmon (lox), 100 grams
    Green Beans (snap), 150 grams (chopped)
    *Rice, white, raw, 1 cup
    *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields
    Onions, raw, 1 medium
    Chicken Stock cube, 1
    Basil, 2 tbsp
    Cracked pepper


Sautee the onions in some Frylight until softened. Blend stock cube in around 500ml of boiling water. Add rice to onions and stir until coated. Gradually add stock to rice about 1/2 cup at a time and stir through until absorbed before adding more stock (this will ensure the stock flavour is heightened). Continue for around 15 minutes or so until rice almost fully cooked. Then add chopped lox and beans and stir through another 3-5 minutes. Turn off heat and add lemon juice plus a little lemon zest, finely chopped basil and ground pepper to suit. Serve immediately.
